Varai Thalipeeth
Add soaked Sago, groundnut powder, chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, and grated potato in the Abhiruchi Varai Peth. Make a dough and divide it into big portions. Place the ball on a nonstick pan and press, and spread it evenly. Drizzle a little oil. Cover & cook on low heat. Then remove the cover & heat a little more. Flip and cook the other side too.
Upwas Dosa
Soak the Varai peeth in little bitter buttermilk for at least 2 hours. Add some groundnut powder and salt. Eat with batata bhaji or coconut chutney.
Varai Dashmi
Add little water to make the dough pliable similar to bhakri dough. Fry on the pan and eat with plain yogurt or chutney.
