Take the required quantity of Abhiruchi Thalipeeth Bhajani (flour)
Add finely chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, red chili powder and salt to taste. Add little oil or clarified butter and knead the dough well. Add little water to make the dough pliable.
Divide the dough into big portions. Place the ball on a nonstick pan and press, and spread it evenly. Poke at 2-3 places. Drizzle little oil or butter. Cover & cook on low heat.
Remove the cover & heat a little more. Flip and cook the other side too.
Serve hot with curd, homemade butter, and pickle.
