Abhiruchi Upawas Bhajani (flour) contains salt and red chili powder.
Take the required quantity of bhajani (flour) and add fresh coriander leaves, and roasted crushed groundnuts Add little clarified butter or oil over it and knead the dough well. Add little water to make the dough pliable. Divide the dough into big portions. Place the ball on a nonstick pan and press, spread it evenly. Poke at 2-3 places. Drizzle a little clarified butter or oil. Cover & cook on low heat. Then remove the cover & heat a little more. Flip and cook the other side too. Serve hot with curd, homemade butter, and sweet lime pickle.
You can add fresh coriander leaves, roasted crushed groundnuts, and grated potato.
Adding buttermilk with water while making dough, enhances the taste of Thalipeeth.
