Add lukewarm water in Abhiruchi kokani wada mix and knead, till it become a dough of bhakri, keep it covered for 30-40 min aside. Make small balls of kneaded dough, spread on plastic sheet and deep fry vadas in preheated oil. Adding ginger, garlic and green chili paste makes vadas more tasty. These ate supposed to be eaten with mutton.
