Sabudana, or Sago as it is popularly known, is one of the most important ingredients in any Upwas recipe. Our Sabudana Peeth (Sago Flour) is a multi-utility product to add some more deliciousness to your Upwas faraal.
From being used as a binding agent in pattice, wada and kachori to preparing tasty Sabudana kheer, it can be used in many Upwas dishes.
All our Upwas products are made in machinery exclusively dedicated for Upwas items to avoid any conflict.


Recipe

Mix boiled mashed potatoes and sago flour, knead the dough, divided the dough into equal portions, shape each into a round, stuff with the mixture, and fry.
Sago flour can be used in fasting patties, cutlets, kachori, etc. (It is used as a binding agent.)
Sago flour is used to make laddus.
